Auditions for Biloxi Blues

Audition Information

Date: Sunday, September 13, 2026
Time: 1:00–4:00 p.m.
Location: Oklahoma Shakespeare

Casting Status: All roles are currently open

Actors should bring a headshot and résumé to the audition. No prepared monologue is required.

All roles are paid. Actors do not need to be Jewish to audition for this production.

Unable to Attend?

Actors who cannot attend the in-person audition may submit a headshot and résumé by email. After receiving your materials, the director will provide a side for you to prepare and record as a video audition.

Production Schedule

Early Read-Through: Date and time to be announced

Rehearsals: October 26–November 11, 2026
There will be no rehearsal on Halloween.

Performances:
November 12–15 and November 19–22, 2026

Actors should be prepared to disclose all scheduling conflicts during the audition process.

Character Breakdown

All roles are currently open. Suggested ages refer to the age each actor should be able to portray onstage rather than the actor’s actual age.

Audition sides will be available on this page before the audition. Actors are encouraged to review the material in advance, although auditions will be conducted as cold readings.
